Most general products can be returned provided that they are unused/unworn and in the original brand-new condition that they were sent, with all of the packagings. We will assess the condition of a returned product and if there is no wear or damage, we will provide a refund for the item but not the courier costs.
Unfortunately, customised products cannot be returned as we are unlikely to be able to re-sell them to another customer.
If we need to provide you with a refund, this payment will be made to the same credit card as the initial purchase.
We do not store your credit card number directly, however, we are able to instruct the credit card processing company (Stripe) to either partially or fully reverse the initial charge.
In a few rare cases, a product may develop a fault due or arrive damaged.
We will gladly meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if any of our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.
